I was brought on to produce editorial product photography in collaboration with the in-house art director and as a studio-wide technical advisor.
• Initially tasked with an entire overhaul of the digital workflow system, in which I implemented custom ICC profiling and calibration protocols for all photographers, thus guaranteeing color accuracy and achieving the goal of lowering return rates.
• Created standardized lighting and shooting stations for in-house photographers, and retouching techniques with corresponding instructional PDFs for the off-site post-production team.
• Coordinating flash sales schedule and developing strategies with our in-house buying and marketing departments to maximize add-on purchases.
