SOUTH BAY CUSTOM INTEGRATION – INTEGRATOR

DECEMBER 2019 – CURRENT

            Currently working between both programming and installation teams and working with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.  Meeting with commercial and residential clients to assess needs, building quotes, overseeing subcontracts, installation, and programming, and client education upon move-in.

• Programming home automation systems includes – URC, UniFI, Vantage, and all networked home tech and AV equipment.  Troubleshooting and maintaining systems, and general tech.

• Installation includes – building of server racks, physical installation of AV equipment, general carpentry, and line-level voltage electrical work.

ALLSAINTS – SALES & OPERATIONS SUPPORT

            Responsibilities have included sales team support, organization projects at various store locations, completing build-outs, and lighting support for our in-house video production team.

• Currently aiding the North America Ops Director in troubleshooting our inventory management system. 

• Supporting our PR/VIP sales rep and temporarily filling in while on leave.

ARIZONA SNOW BOWL - OPERATIONS SUPPORT

          Tasked with general repairs and organization, snow removal, transportation of equipment and supplies, and, in times of need, aiding snow patrol in their duties.

          Supported buyers in preparation of trips abroad, including trip research and organization of project information for client presentation.

• Assembled digital and hardcopy binders for all info about show locations and showroom appointments to ensure a stress-free experience for clients and buyers.

• Researched pop-up and permanent retail locations, with a focus on real-estate pricing and zoning, inspections for possible uses, and store build-outs.

MODNIQUE- DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & TECHNICAL ADVISOR

SEPTEMBER 2011– FEBRUARY 2013

           I was brought on to produce editorial product photography in collaboration with the in-house art director and as a studio-wide technical advisor.

• Initially tasked with an entire overhaul of the digital workflow system, in which I implemented custom ICC profiling and calibration protocols for all photographers, thus guaranteeing color accuracy and achieving the goal of lowering return rates.

• Created standardized lighting and shooting stations for in-house photographers, and retouching techniques with corresponding instructional PDFs for the off-site post-production team.

• Coordinating flash sales schedule and developing strategies with our in-house buying and marketing departments to maximize add-on purchases.
