ABOUT ME:
I see life as a journey where the goal is the refinement of oneself through the endless pursuit of knowledge.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in commercial photography and worked as an e-commerce photographer after college. After leaving that position to spend a summer hiking the Pacific Coast Trail, I returned to Los Angeles to pursue my passion for design. I secured a job at the design gallery Twentieth. I ultimately became the managing director overseeing showroom operations and production of our in-house furniture lines, then left that position to start a content creation studio with two friends. With little traction and many lessons learned, I hungered for the wilderness to regroup. I spend the winter season honing my downhill skiing skills, spending nearly every day on the slopes. Happy with my accomplishments there, I returned home to Los Angeles to focus on my career goals. I am currently gaining skills in SolidWorks and further developing the furniture collection while working for a high-end home automation company as a programmer, making the systems of high-tech homes work together, enabling luxury living in a modern world. My diverse skill set has allowed me to be an asset to any company. I am grateful for the experiences I have had. Thankful for the gift I've been given. But above all else, I look forward to all the world has to offer as I work hard to make myself useful to all those around me.
Thank you,
Cody Zamora
